Through this website you can request your hotel block needs for the 2021 ANCC National Magnet and Pathway to Excellence Conference. Please note, submissions made via this site are requests only and not guaranteed. If we cannot accommodate your group at one of your top hotel choices, you will be contacted by a ANCC/Connections Housing representative with alternate options. Before proceeding on, please read through the following instructions and housing policies.
Room Limits and Minimum night stay: Due to the proximity to the Georgia World Congress Center, the following hotels have a 2 room limit per organization. Rooms booked above the 2-room maximum limit will automatically be assigned to an alternate hotel. Rooms are first come, first served, based upon availability.

Minimum night stay: Hotels that are less than 1 mile from the Georgia World Congress Center have a 4-night minimum for arrival on 11/9 and a 3-night minimum for arrival on 11/10.
Once you have clicked the button below acknowledging you have read the event policies and guidelines, you will be sent the first page which requests your contact/personal information. Proceeding that will be the opportunity to enter the number of rooms you need night-by-night and select from the available hotels offered for this event. Deadlines & Policies:
ROOMING LIST DEADLINE: September 20, 2021. We will need the individual names, bed type requests and arrival/departure dates for each room in your hotel block by this date. After this date, any room that is not assigned a name will be released back into general inventory for others to book. A credit card valid through (November 2021) is required when submitting your rooming list.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY: Flexibility to cancel your room(s) up to 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge.
You will receive your room block confirmation via email no later than 72 business hours after submitting your request.
