Welcome to the Sonder Experience, a new twist on hospitality. Sonders offers renovated apartments as chic hotel rooms. Avoid the hassle of a Front Desk with a completely VIRTUAL experience from arrival to departure. All you need is a Smartphone and the Sonder APP. There is NO staff onsite at Sonder 1500 Canal but there is a third-party front desk at Sonder Duncan Plaza that is open during business hours.

In order to enjoy a stay at a Sonder property, you will be required to download and use the Sonder app on a Smartphone.  In the app you will confirm the reservation with a Valid ID, verification process via camera on your phone,  pay via credit card, check in, use a digital key and check out.  Each Sonder property is unique and these apartment style residences’ amenities vary.  If you require something specific, such as luggage storage or a fitness center, it is best to confirm specific property amenities and services prior to booking.
